Billing Policy

General

Usage of Apexdroid products and services constitutes the customer's acceptance of Apexdroid's billing policy, and all customers must comply with this billing policy. Apexdroid provides some different type’s services. When you create an account, you will be provided with a “Free Trial” plan by default. For the first Thirty days, your Free Trial plan period, access to your Free account will be limited to the subscription panel only unless you upgrade to a new plan, as described below. Our Services

Start Services purchased from Apexdroid must be used within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase. Specifically, Start Services must be used within 30 days after purchase and within 30 days after commencement of use of the Services, unless otherwise stated at purchase. Start Services and all other Service fees are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, Apexdroid will not provide any portion of unused Service fees, and amounts due to Apexdroid must be paid in full.

Fees

If you want to upgrade to a paid Service, you agree to the plan pricing terms, as we may update them from time to time. Pricing terms are described in www.Apexdroid.com. We may add new services for additional fees, or upgrade fees for existing services, at any time in our sole discretion. You may terminate your paid account plan as set forth below in “Cancellation at Any Time with No Refund.”

Billing Terms

We provide a bill for all paid accounts in at the ending of your Services time duration, for use of the Service during the upcoming month. New accounts can be opened mid-month will be billed on a pro-rated basis for that month. If you upgrade or downgrade between plans mid-month, you will be charged a pro-rated fee for the difference in subscription fees between the two plans for that month and will be billed in full at the new subscription rate at the beginning of the next month. For more information on upgrading or downgrading premium plans, please see www.Apexdroid.com you may terminate your paid account plan as set forth below in “Cancellation at Any Time with No Refund.”

Payment Obligation

All information provided to you in connection with a purchase or financial transaction on or through the Service must be accurate, complete, and current. You agree to pay all charges incurred by users of your credit card, debit card, or other payment method used in connection with a purchase or financial transaction on or through the Service at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will pay any applicable taxes, if any, relating to any such purchases, transactions or other monetary transaction interactions.

Accepted Payments

• Apexdroid accepts payments via credit/debit card.

• Apexdroid currently accepts MasterCard, Discover and VISA credit/debit cards.

Subscription, and Renewals

We provide you the main feature which helps you to upgrade your account in single terms.

Manual Renewals

To provide continuous service, you can renew all paid Services on the date such subscriptions expire manually. Such renewals are for the same duration as the original subscription term. By entering into this Agreement, you acknowledge that your account will be subject to the above-described Manual renewals. In all cases, if you do not wish your account to renew manually, please follow the directions set out under "Cancellation At Any Time with No Refund" below”.

Automatic Renewals

To provide continuous service, we automatically renew all paid Services on the date such subscriptions expire. Such renewals are for the same duration as the original subscription term. By entering into this Agreement, you acknowledge that your account will be subject to the above-described automatic renewals. In all cases, if you do not wish your account to renew automatically, please follow the directions set out under "Cancellation At Any Time with No Refund" below.

Cancellation with No Refund

Overview

Except as otherwise stated in this section, you may cancel your paid subscription at any time during the term of such a subscription or any renewal period by completely canceling the account.

Cancelling Your Account

To cancel an account, the account administrator should contact us by sending an email to support@Apxdroid.com and include the account’s login credentials and a request to close the account. In such a case, your subscription will terminate at the end of the month for which you have paid, and you will not receive any refund for any unused days of such subscription term. You can also delete your account yourself by using them according to feature in the company settings.

No Refund

Subscription and Service fees, including but not limited to those related to the Start Service, are non-refundable and will not be prorated at any time.

Billing Cycle

• Credit/Debit Card Billing: All credit/debit cards are automatically/Manually charged on the customer's specific billing cycle date.

• Delinquent Payments: In the event, any payment is 15 days past due to the account may be disabled until balances are paid in full. When disabled, all access will be suspended and data will be unavailable.

• Deactivation: Once an account is delinquent 60 days, it may be canceled due to non-payment. Once canceled, the customer will not be able to recover any files until the account is current. Application data may be stored for up to 90 days post-cancellation; after 90 days, application data will no longer be available. In this event, the account record and delinquent balance will be submitted to a third-party collection service.

Third Party Products/Services

In the event Apexdroid collects fees for any third party products and/or services, including but not limited to advertising usage, the fees are non-refundable.

Definition

Active Subscriber

Active subscriber is those subscribers who use the Module of Apexdroid regularly for purposes to grow up his contacts or to grow his enterprise in any offer offered by Apexdroid.

Eligible Subscribers

Eligible Subscribers are those Subscribers who didn’t join Apexdroid till now and want to join us or our team. An Eligible Subscriber must also satisfy the following criteria at the time of participation and during the continuation of Offer

i) Subscriber must not have been subject to any criminal proceeding.

ii) Subscriber must not - be of an unsound mind.

iii) Subscriber must not be under any legal disability to enter into contracts e.g. Restraint by court order, unsound mind, any criminal proceeding, etc. and/or is otherwise prohibited from entering any contractual relationship..
